Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again. Dead spot on CUE screen. So the first problem I have ever had with this car just occurred. Dead center on the bottom of the screen there is about an inch of dead touch screen. I noticed this when I tried to switch my pre-set radio stations. I tried the hard reset where I open the screen and turn off the car, open the car door.

Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. To put it simply, it's just not working. Whenever I hit the voice button on the steering wheel nothing happens.
