We have to select 'order picked up' on our end. It's possible the dasher picked up yours and is waiting on the other order. Once both are picked up, it would either say 'dasher is on your way' or 'dasher is completing another order.' If the second order is taking life for it to be picked up, I'll cancel the second order and just deliver the first.
