R6 stuck on creating squad.

Stuck at creating squad (PC) Start up the game, it connects to the server, and then tries to infinitely create a squad. Can't select a match or anything. Port forwarding isn't an option (University network) and shouldn't need to be a solution, Ubisoft should fix this. Anyone know of a workaround? I was casually playing r6 (19.12.2022), when after quick play I was unable to leave match or do anything, so I went and alt-f4 my game.
