I started in Community-Based and that was hard at first, but my supervisor was a great support. Once my caseload was established, things were smooth.Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.level of independence plenty of referrals
